The lotus is a symbol of purity, rebirth, beauty, and strength. It has to go through the darkness in order to bloom. The art of surrender can be challenging for us in the human experience. The dance between taking action and releasing while trusting in the universe requires balance. Here at The Flowing Lotus, we use the ancient practice of yoga to calm the fluctuations of the mind and connect deeply to our soul through movement, breathwork, and presence.

The ancient practice of yoga helped me release emotions and reconnect to my mind, body, and soul. I learned that yoga is so much more than what it does for the body. It truly is a deep meditative practice to cultivate presence and find connection with your true self - your soul.

I am here to create a safe space for you to heal and connect to your inner being. At The Flowing Lotus, you will release emotions and what no longer serves your highest good while breathing in the light and finding joy through movement.  

There is a gentleness and also an empowering strength to yoga. It combines so much duality within it, which is a lot like life itself. There is light and dark to everything and everyone - this is not a bad thing, it is a beautiful thing. The shadows highlight areas that perhaps need a little love and healing, and the light can help guide the way. 

My mission is to help humanity and spread good energy through my aligned purpose.

When we all do our part in this it’s like a ripple effect of sparkly good vibes across the world.
